- Event and registration information — details you provide as a host (event content, ticket types) or as an attendee (registrations and tickets).
- Vendor information — if you list a business in our vendor marketplace, the profile, services, pricing, and contact details you provide, and information related to booking requests.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited transaction details needed to operate the Service.
- Usage information — basic, privacy-respecting information about how the Service is used, to keep it secure and improve it.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- To process registrations, tickets, payments, and payouts;
- To communicate with you about your account, events, and transactions;
- To protect the Service and our users and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
- With event hosts — when you register for or buy a ticket to an event, the host receives the information needed to manage your attendance (such as your name and email).
- Between hosts and vendors — when a host sends a booking request to a vendor, each party receives the information needed to evaluate and fulfil the request.
- With service providers — including our payment processor and infrastructure and hosting providers, who process information on our behalf under their own privacy obligations.
- For legal reasons — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
