This Cookie Policy explains how Brigade Management, Inc., doing business as HOCOplus ("HOCOplus," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on the HOCOplus websites and platform (the "Service"). We take a deliberately minimal approach: we do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

The short version

We do not use cookies to advertise to you or to track you across other websites. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, and we rely on your browser's local storage — not cookies — to keep you signed in. Because we do not set non-essential cookies, you will not see a cookie consent banner.

What we use, and why

• Local storage (not a cookie) — when you sign in, our authentication provider stores a session token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. It is used only to operate your session and is cleared when you sign out.
• Essential security — our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Service against malicious traffic and to keep it available. These are required for the Service to function.
• Analytics — we use a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics measurement that counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without profiling individuals.

Payments

When you buy a paid ticket, checkout takes place on the secure, hosted pages of our payment provider (Stripe). Any cookies used during payment are set by the payment provider on its own domain, under its own privacy and cookie policies, to process the transaction and prevent fraud. We do not receive or store your full card details.

What we do not use

• Advertising or retargeting cookies.
• Cross-site or third-party tracking cookies.
• Social media tracking pixels.
• The sale of any information collected through cookies or storage.

Your choices

You can control or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings, and you can sign out at any time to clear your session token. Blocking strictly necessary cookies or clearing local storage may prevent you from staying signed in or using parts of the Service.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
